The Internet as you know it is set to become a lot faster. The Organisation européenne pour la recherche nucléaire, more commonly known as CERN, is widely recognized as world’s largest particle physics laboratory. And while these atom smashers are better known for creating anti-matter and breaking apart the building blocks of the universe, they have also been hard at work improving the performance of Internet.

CERN’s ambitious Internet project is called, “The Grid” and uses dedicated fiber along with modern routing centers to create a new faster Internet. Just how fast?

Competing with the milipede with the most number of shoes worn at one time, the walking bike is a novel, intriguing, and funny bicycle design. Designed by Max Knight, this one of a kind bicycle replaces its tyres with eight trainers per. Of course, I very much doubt this’ll ever be produced in mass, but the walking bike actually (kind of) works! You can see the video below. The rides a bit bumpy, but with the bike running on shoes, I reckon most of us would be quite forgiving. Now if only we can see a walking car, I’ll be one of the most amused people on earth. Blogging may be fun for some, but it can lead to some serious health problems according to an article by the New York Times. According to the article, bloggers are under a great deal of stress due to the need to to break the latest facts and news before their competitors do. Some health problems reported by bloggers include weight loss, weight gain, sleep disorders and exhaustion.

The problem has come to light recently due to the death of two well-known bloggers including Russell Shaw and Marc Orchant. Both died of a heart attack. A third well-known blogger, Om Malik, also suffered a heart attack back in December, but survived.

Like most things in life, the issue at work here is stress.

The success of the previous models of the LG Black Label Series–LG Shine and LG Chocolate–brought about the third installment of the model line. As of current, not much info is known about the third Black Label model. It’s only spec known is that it’ll have a 5 megapixel camera. The phone will apparently be an embodiment of LG’s ‘Style that Lasts’ concept, with the handset made of tempered glass and carbon fiber. I’m sure that some of you use a phone with a touchscreen. I’ve had at least three different phones that required a stylus, which meant that I’ve lost more than a couple of styli. Sure, you can always buy more, but wouldn’t it be better if you had a stylus that was actually attached to the phone? That’s exactly the idea behind the Triforce. No, I’m not making some obscure Zelda reference, that’s the name of this interesting little phone accessory. It is simply a small piece of plastic with two points, each of which can be safely used as a stylus. This is attached to the end of a strap, which is attached to the phone.
